A Candy Colored Quilt

This quilt is one I put out at Easter because of it's candy colors.

It's from one of the Little Quilts books and I think it was called Candy Baskets which is appropriate for an Easter quilt.

I hand pieced and hand quilted this one a few years ago and I love the scrappy happy colors in it. Too bad it's hanging on the ugly brick over the fireplace in my living room. One of these days I'll do something about that! But for now I am enjoying the Spring weather which has finally arrived in NH. It actually feels like Easter could be here soon. Good by winter!

    I just love it. I love that pattern too, I think I have that somewhere in my "to do" folder LOL.

    What a perfect quilt for sping/Easter. Love those colours and you did a wonderful job! Love your other Easter decorations. There is a lot of work in those smocked eggs!
