My Scrappy Trip quilt is all quilted and ready for binding! I loved making this quilt and will definitely be making it again. And I quilted it myself! I used the Bernina #4 stitch that I have seeing other bloggers use and I think it gives it a nice old fashioned look.
There's been a lot going on here most of which involves lots of snow so here's hoping the groundhog wasn't lying! I am really sick of winter.
I love your quilt, i will have to see if my machine has a similar stitch. I think we are all getting sick of the gloomy days of winter. It must be time to open up our cottages!
Love your scrappy quilt - were you following a quilt along or did you find a pattern for it?? Hope you get spring soon, you sure have had a tough winter!! Hugs.
Dear Sister, will you please stop turning out 10 quilts to every ONE I finish? Thank you. And, of course this is a beauty, I love the quilting, good job!
Nice work on the quilt - love the traditional cozy feel of it. Had to laugh with your comment about NH knowing how to handle snow. We got 22 inches of snow a few years ago in SC and it was a week before I could even get out of the house!
I am a wife, mother of a grown son and daughter, mother-in-law, grandmother of two grandsons, keeper of a calico cat, quilter, continuous decorator of my home, and owner of way too much fabric and just trying to have fun in my great life.
It's super pretty - I love the quilting.
