Make Your Monday

Kim, at Twice Remembered Cottage is hosting a wonderful idea for this Monday. It's called Make Your Monday and you can find all the details here if you would like to participate. In a nutshell, the participants are sharing a blog post about something they have made. It doesn't have to be new and I chose to re-visit a post about a quilt I made when my first grandson was on the way 2 years ago. With the arrival of my second grandson last Friday I thought this would be a good post to take a look at again. I love that little quilt and it was so easy and so much fun to play with on the design wall. The original post is here but make sure you visit Kim to check out all the fabulous links to the other projects and please, post yours too!

  1. I loved that quilt then and still love it now. At the time you didn't know if you would be having a grandson or daughter, I don't think, but your colors and design worked great for either! Great job!

I pray that risen from the dead,
In glory I will stand,
A crown perhaps upon my head,
And a needle in my hand.
