Somebody Stop Me

Honestly, I'll get back to quilting but just had to make another of these lunch bags for my daughter-in-law who, like me returns to work soon, after having the summer off. Hopefully it will make getting back to work for the both of us a little prettier and brighter. But probably not.

  1. So cute! I have the pattern and STILL haven't done anything with it yet!!

  2. What a cute bag. What a talent you are?

I used to have a job that allowed me to have my summers off. Oh, how I miss those days.

Thank you for your great ideas that you left on my blog

  3. Hi Chris -
That will be the cutest lunch bag at work! What a darling pattern. Maybe I'd better make one and take my lunch somewhere!

  4. No don't stop--I'm loving your Amy Butler!

  5. Love the little bags! I just don't think anybody can have too many small bags! I have several awaiting the finishing seams when time allows!

  6. What a lovely gift and gesture. I'm sure your d-i-l will love it!

  7. They are adorable. It is okay to detour every now and then.

  8. My question is...when are you going to make one for US????

  9. So very pretty and love the fabrics. I also like making bags. So much so, I probably have around 25 on the shelf of my closet. All of yours are so bright and cheerful.

  10. Ohh, this is a realy winner! I totally dig it. Wow!

In glory I will stand,
A crown perhaps upon my head,
And a needle in my hand.
